Terms And Conditions


A retainer or full payment is required on all baked items within 3 days of placing the order (based on the sales amount). Only when payment is received will the date be held. 

All orders under $25 require full payment within 24 hrs of placing the order. 

Orders over $25 require a 50% nonrefundable retainer within 3 days of placing the order. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the order collection date.

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done no later than 2 weeks before a custom order and 72 hours before a standard order. (We reserve the right to place any client that abuses this option on restricted status. ******

Upon notification client will be unable to place an order of any kind for one full calendar year 

Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card and Square Invoice. 


All price quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue. 


Date changes are subject to our availability. If the new date is fully booked and the order is then cancelled by the customer the retainer is still non-refundable. 


Postponement of orders is only available up to 2 weeks prior to original date and subject to availability. 


Any changes to the original order are subject to viability and a price review. 


The initial verbal cake consultation is free of charge (30 minutes max). 


Any additional consultations needed may incur an additional fee (ie: cake sketching, design researching, and cake tasting)

* By paying the required retainer it will be deemed that the terms & conditions are understood and accepted.

Custom Ordering Instructions 

Follow these steps when placing a custom order:

1. Refer to the “Menu” section of our website to decide on the cake flavor you would like to order.
2. Have the following information in mind BEFORE  submitting your the Order Inquiry online. 

  • a. Time and date of your event

  • b. Cake Flavor

  • c. Frosting or Filling Flavor  (fillings are an additional charge) 

  • d. Allergen or dietary restrictions

  • e. Whether you desire fondant or buttercream as the design medium for your cake

  • f. Serving size needed for your event

  • g. Your budgetary needs  (A 50% retainer is required within 3 days of placing your order to secure your date)

  • h. Is there a theme? 

  • i. Do you require delivery to your event location? (delivery charges maybe assessed based on the mileage and location).

    •  Is there accessible parking? (street parking, garage,valet etc. )

  • j. A valid credit card is required to secure your deposit via Square.

  • k. Private tastings are by appointment only and for Weddings / Special events where 100 servings or more are required. A $25 Consultation & Tasting fee is required per couple  (ie: bride and groom or event planner plus a guest). Any additional guest will be charged a nonrefundable fee of $25. However, if you book us for your Wedding/Special Event Cake the initial $25 fee will be credited to your balance.
